Cheese cake with GRECO yoghurt and honey

Ingredients for 2 persons:

300 g GRECO strained yoghurt (10 % oder 2 %)
700 g ricotta cheese / or GRECO cream yoghurt 10 %
100 g butter
200 g biscuit
3 eggs (beaten)
1 package vanilla powder
4 tbsp honey


Pre-heat oven to 180°C.

Melt butter. Coarsely crumble the biscuits and mix them into the melted butter. Pour into a round cake pan; thoroughly cover the bottom of the pan and press firm!

Place in the refrigerator for half an hour.

In a large bowl, thoroughly mix the ricotta cheese with the beaten eggs and the vanilla powder, ideally with a good mixer, until the batter is soft and uniform.

Pour the batter into the cake pan and distribute uniformly over the biscuit base. Bake 40 minutes at the same heat setting, and then let cool at least 4 hours in the refrigerator before serving. For the final step, coat the surface of the cake with the Greco yoghurt and spread the honey on the cake.

Ready to serve!
