Feta-walnut-broccoli quiche

Ingredients for 4 persons:

300 g GRECO strained yogurt (10 % or 2 %)
1 package of puff pastry dough from the refrigerated section
2 eggs
200 ml vegetable broth
2 tsp oil
1 pinch nutmeg powder
1 tbsp finely chopped dill
500 g broccoli
200 g GRECO Feta
1 cup shelled, finely chopped walnuts
Pepper and salt

Preparation:

Place the puff pastry dough in a greased, round baking pan.

Break the broccoli into small florets and sauté in 2 tbsp oil, season with salt and pepper. Dice the feta cheese.

Mix GRECO yogurt, eggs, nutmeg, vegetable broth and dill in a large bowl and season with salt and pepper. Distribute the sautéd broccoli and the feta cheese on the puff pastry dough. Pour over the yogurt cream sauce, distribute and sprinkle walnuts on the surface.

Bake for approx. 40 minutes at 200°C in a pre-heated oven. Ensure that nothing burns, you may need to cover the pan.
