GRECO Feta with sautéd vegetables

Ingredients for 4 persons:

200 g GRECO Feta
1 of each red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, zucchini, aubergine or other desired vegetables
Oregano, pepper, salt

Preparation:

Dice GRECO Feta. Cut the vegetables into small pieces and sauté in a pan with a little oil to the desired degree of doneness. Always sauté the aubergine pieces first, because they require more time. Season to taste with oregano, pepper and a little salt. Reduce heat and add the GRECO Feta. Sauté briefly and serve.
