GRECO Loumini skewers

Ingredients for 4 persons:

250 g GRECO Loumini, cut into large cubes
1 bell pepper, cut into long strips, cut in half
1 zucchini, cut in slices
½ lemon


Alternately place GRECO Loumini and vegetables on the skewers; every second piece should be loumini. Grill the skewers in a heated pan with oil, or on the grill, until the loumini is golden brown and the vegetables have the desired degree of doneness. Serve with a twist of lemon and some lettuce.
