GRECO loumini vegetarian gyros

Ingredients for 4 persons:

500 g GRECO loumini
4 onions
Seasoning blend (gyros seasoning)
Salt
Pepper
Oil
2 garlic cloves, sliced

Preparation:

Heat oil in a pan. Slice onions into thin rings. Cut Greco loumini into strips about finger thick and sauté briefly. Then add the onion rings and continue to sauté. Season abundantly with seasoning mixture and the garlic and continue to sauté. When the loumini has reached the desired doneness, (we recommend golden brown), season with salt and pepper and serve.

Serve with tzatziki (naturally home-made with Greco cream yogurt or strained yogurt, cole slaw or french fries.
