GRECO Saganaki (Greek feta in a potato crust) with honey and red pepper

Ingredients for 2 persons:

120 g (one package) GRECO Saganaki
Red peppercorns


Heat enough oil in a pan so that the GRECO Saganaki is completely surrounded. When the oil is hot, sauté the Greco Saganaki on both sides until it is golden brown.

Place the GRECO Saganaki on 2 plates, drizzle over with honey and distribute a few red peppercorns over the Greco Saganaki. Serve with baguette.
