Linguini with GRECO yoghurt and GRECO Feta

Ingredients for 4 persons:

250 g GRECO strained yoghurt (10 % or 2 %)
300 g GRECO Feta, crumbled
500 g linguini
400 g mixed mince meat
½ cup white wine
2 small carrots, diced
1 green pepper, diced
1 onion, grated medium-fine
250 g tomato sauce
1 tsp sugar, oregano, salt and pepper
1 tbsp tomato paste
5 tbsp olive oil


Heat the olive oil in the pan, add the minced meat and sauté. Add grated onion, diced green pepper and carrot and pour in the white wine.

Then add tomato sauce, tomato paste and oregano, and season with salt and pepper.

Put the lid on the pan and cook for 45 minutes at low heat.

After 45 minutes, crumble half the quantity of GRECO Feta into the pan and stir it in.

Remove the pan from the stove and stir in the GRECO yoghurt.

Boil the noodles in salt water, following the instructions on the package.

Add the sauce to the noodles, sprinkle with Greco Feta and serve.
