Prawns in GRECO yoghurt sauce

Zutaten für 4 Personen:

450 g GRECO strained yoghurt (10 % or 2 %)
500 g prawns (medium-large)
125 ml white wine
2 garlic cloves, chopped
Herbs (oregano, basil)
Juice of one lemon
Dijon mustard
1 slice of processed cheese


In a pan, sauté the prawns in oil and garlic. Deglaze with white wine and season to taste with oregano and basil; boil down slightly.

Add Greco strained yoghurt and simmer for approx. 3 minutes. Add the processed cheese and simmer for another 3 minutes. Season with lemon juice, mustard, chili and a little salt.

Stir everything together and serve with baguette.
